Ariel Gordon

Ariel Gordon has had a long and successful career in the software industry. As Chief Technology Officer at BMC Software Inc., he was responsible for the creation of BMC's Business Service Management (BSM) strategy and enabling technologies, such as the Atrium Integration infrastructure. This technology was adopted by all BMC's major competitors and is now a leading force in the system management industry. Prior to BMC, Ariel held several key senior positions at New Dimension Software, which was acquired by BMC, including Vice President of R&D and CTO. Ariel is currently an independent strategic advisor to various leading companies in the Enterprise Management industry.
Ariel holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Bar Ilan University.

Richard Muirhead

Since 1995, Richard Muirhead has been involved in starting, funding, building and finding long-term homes for innovative software and internet businesses. He is currently Chairman of Tixdaq (www.tixdaq.com) and investor/advisor to T5M.
From October 2002 to 2009, he was Chairman, CEO and Founder of Tideway Systems which with its IT discovery platform tackled the persistent and fundamental challenge of managing change in distributed applications. Tideway’s hundreds of clients included JPMorganChase, Avis, CarphoneWarehouse, Wachovia and BT. Tideway was acquired for cash by BMC Software in October 2009 and its product Foundation is a key strategic platform for BMC going forward.
Between 2001 and 2002, Richard was Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Accel Partners at the inception of their London office.
From 1995 to 2001, he was a co-founder SVP of Orchestream. Listing on LSE and NASDAQ, with a peak market capitalization that reached £1.0 billion. Now sold and supported by Oracle, Orchestream’s IP service activation software products are automating operations at service providers such as AT&T, Telstra and Vodafone to this day.

Richard holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and is a citizen of both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Yossi Oulu

Yossi Oulu is veteran software industry professional having built a long list of winning products., Yossi spent many years at Mercury Interactive, where he was the creator and development leader of its flagship product, LoadRunner, which brings hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenues. Additionally, Yossi served as Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Load Testing R&D, and was involved in nearly all of Mercury's acquisitions and new product developments. Yossi is currently a sought after consultant and coach for R&D Managers in various leading Independent Software Vendors.
Yossi holds a B.Sc. degree with honors in Computer Science and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a Coaching certificate from Tel Aviv University.

Jari Valli

Jari Valli is currently a Senior R&D Manager at Nokia Corporation. Since joining Nokia in 1995, he has held several senior positions in testing, quality control, software development and project management. Considered an industry visionary, Jari is a sought after and well-respected expert in the field of software testing and testing. Throughout his tenure at Nokia, Jari initiated and contributed to the development of numerous products and operational innovations, as well as new development tools, and oversaw Nokia's global software quality and testing. Prior to joining Nokia, was a Project Manager on global automation and R&D projects for leafing software companies and financial institutions.
Jari holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Vaasa Institute of Technology.
