Sasha Gilenson

Chief Executive Officer, co-founder
Sasha Gilenson enjoyed a long and successful career at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP), having led the company's QA organization, participating in establishing Mercury's Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as leading a Business Unit in Europe and Asia. Sasha played a key role in the development of Mercury's worldwide Business Technology Optimization (BTO) strategy and drove field operations of the Wireless Business Unit, all while taking on the duties as the Mercury's top "guru" in quality processes and IT practices domain. In this capacity, Sasha has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on technology and process optimization, and in turn, acquired a comprehensive and rare knowledge of the market and industry practices. Sasha holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Latvian University and MBA from London Business School.

Asaf Landau

EVP, Strategy and Business Development, co-founder
Asaf Landau is a seasoned executive and expert in the field of enterprise software. Prior to founding Evolven Software, Asaf held senior positions at Mercury Interactive (acquired by Hewlett-Packard, $ 4.5B), including leading Mercury's first solution offerings in EMEA as Business Unit Director for the Software as a Service (SaaS) and Performance Tuning Business Units. Before joining Mercury Interactive in 2000, Asaf held the senior General Management and Sales & Marketing positions for an ERP/CRM consultancy and manufacturing company.
Asaf holds a BA in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mark Mszanski

Vice President, Sales
Mark is an accomplished leader with decades of industry experience, bringing a proven record of building successful sales organizations and growing revenues on regional and international scales.
Mark joins Evolven from Hewlett Packard [NYSE: HPQ] where he served as Vice President of Financial Services Initiatives, responsible for the FSI Enterprise Software and Solutions Sales Group. At DataSynapse (acquired by Tibco Software [Nasdaq: TIBX]), where he served as executive vice president of Global Field Operations, he built a worldwide sales organization and reseller channel - spanning the Americas, Europe and Asia - that enabled revenue growth by a factor of ten. As vice president and general manager for the eastern region at BEA (acquired by Oracle [Nasdaq: ORCL]), Mark lead sales growth from $9 million to $200 million in just five years. He received his bachelors degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Boaz Avidan

Vice President, Research & Development
Bringing many years of software development and management experience to Evolven's recognized team of industry experts, Boaz is responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's innovative software initiatives. Prior to joining Evolven, Boaz lead a development team for one of the fastest growing IT Management products at  Mercury Interactive (acquired by Hewlett Packard [NYSE: HPQ] in 2007). Boaz's leadership was integral to the rollout of the product, offering an innovative business-centric approach to managing applications. Boaz brings a deep knowledge in developing software solutions in the areas of change and configuration management, performance and availability monitoring. He holds a BA in Computer Science.

Wes Robinson

Director of Sales
Wes Robinson brings with him over 15 years of technical sales success. Taking technology companies, both large and small, from initial sales to profitable acquisitions, he brings a full-circle knowledge of the startup evolution, as well as a proven ability to manage strong teams. As an individual contributor, he has brought emerging technologies to market, and holds a solid track record of consistently facilitating multi-million dollar transactions. Having served in both sales and technical positions with companies like Platinum, INS and Tervela, his expertise covers performance management, middleware and configuration automation.   Wes has a BS from the University of Michigan.

Bill Grant

Director of Technical Sales and Services
Prior to joining Evolven, Bill worked for nearly 10 years at Rational Software (acquired by IBM), where he consulted clients on applying modern software engineering practices and automating IT governance. Bill has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars, and has published articles on software testing. Most recently, Bill lead IBM Rational's technical team in New York City, with a focus on banking and insurance clients. Bill began his career as a software programmer and development lead.
Bill's expertise extends to many aspects of the software development lifecycle: change and release management, functional and performance testing, requirements management, object-oriented analysis and design, and project and process management. Bill has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
