Mark Mszanski Will Drive Evolven’s Sales Strategy and Expand Market Presence

JERSEY CITY, NJ (Aug 2, 2010) – Evolven Software Inc., the pioneer of Granular Configuration Automation solutions, today announced the appointment of Mark Mszanski as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. This appointment represents a continuation of the company's market expansion plans.

An accomplished leader, Mszanski brings decades of sales operations experience to Evolven. As proven by tenures at BEA, Parametric Technology, and DataSynapse, Mszanksi brings a record of building successful sales organizations and growing revenues both domestically and internationally.

Mszanski joins Evolven from Hewlett Packard, where he served as Vice President of Financial Services Industry. At DataSynapse (acquired by Tibco Software), where he served as executive vice president of global field operations, he built a worldwide sales organization and reseller channel that grew revenues by a factor of ten. As vice president and general manager for BEA's eastern region (acquired by Oracle), Mszanksi led sales growth from $9 million to $200 million. At Parametric Technology Corporation Mszanski oversaw sales for Western Europe.
