Role Description
Evolven needs an experienced, strategic, creative product manager passionate about customer success. In this role, you will manage current and future Evolven products, lead product strategy, tactical project execution, solve business problems, have a keen eye for product design and cross functionally collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to build innovative, enterprise-ready highly usable products. You will be working closely with diverse customer and prospect base across the globe mapping their needs, recognizing their challenges and identifying opportunities for product expansions and improvements. You will work closely with the marketing team developing tactics and building collateral, enabling the field organization and serving as an evangelist for Evolven technology. In this position, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints.
Role Responsibilities
The Product Manager will perform the following activities:
Quickly develop a deep understanding of Change Control and Analytics domain and the product you will own and lead
Create a product roadmap and work closely with customer, stakeholders and engineering team to deliver new capabilities and feature enhancements.
Manage product definition from initial concept and PRD to launch delivering features iteratively to solve the key customers’ challenges
Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions
Work closely with designers to create simple and intuitive product experiences
Be data-driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact
Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver the highest quality product requirements
Role Pre-requisites
A candidate should have the following requirements to apply for this position:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of product management experience
Experience leading enterprise products
Experience developing product strategy and project execution plans, leading product ideation, requirements, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training and rollout
Strong customer-facing and relationship building skills coupled with the ability to communicate in clear, business-oriented terms. Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory.

Role Description
Evolven needs a creative and fast adapting R&D engineer passionate about customer success. With a high degree of independence, the role requires a mix of strong technical skills, an understanding of diverse IT technologies, and excellent communication skills. The role involves collaboration and coordination with internal and customer teams across the globe.
You will be a part of the highly effective software engineering team designing and developing a unique, innovative technology serving the largest enterprises in the world. Field R&D engineer will provide a critical link between the customers, Evolven customer success team, and software developers, ensuring rapid response to the strategic customers, collecting and translating customer requirements into the technical product specifications, and transferring knowledge from the engineering team to the field team and customers.
You will be developing new technology capabilities, addressing critical customer requirements and issues, extending the product to fit customer environments.
Role Responsibilities
A Field R&D Engineer will perform the following activities:
Design, code, and debug front-end and back-end functions in Java and additional software languages (including UI)
Support, maintain and document software functionality
Resolve complex product issues reported by the customers
Integrate software with existing systems
Enhance and customize the software to support customer environments
Study information needs; confer with the customer success managers and customer users; study customer environments; investigate problem areas; follow the software
Provide information to the software engineering team by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager/Consultant to help service and deploy the Evolven solution within our customer base.
